Staying at this resort provides excellent opportunities for an amazing vacation experience! Look at the Resort Map in photos to locate the Mountain Top Adventure Park Cabins where I own four (4) Premium Elite/Grand Deluxe Condos in Cabins 154 through 178. You will be staying as our guests in a Premium Elite (Grand Deluxe) OR Standard Elite (Deluxe) Condo. Your reservation will need to be for one week (7 nights) starting on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ONLY. Both Condo styles come fully furnished (you may ask for additional complimentary linen, soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, trash bags, etc.). Both Condos sleep four(4) with a King Bed and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in L/R, have 2 TV'S, a fireplace, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The one (1) BR Premium Elite is a larger Condo, with a Dining Room, Living Room, Kitchen, 1.5 bath, a jacuzzi, and private balcony. The one (1) BR Standard Elite is a smaller inner Condo and has mostly everything the Premium Elite Condo has, except it has less floor space, 1 bath, no jacuzzi, and no private balcony. Using my Owner entitlements, you will have front of the line check in privileges, receive a Welcome Home Packet (includes a list of Resort Activities and area attractions), be assigned a complimentary VIP Concierge to escort you to your room and help you with your luggage, and given a complimentary parking permit to access the resort property. Upon checking in, you will NOT PAY ANY ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES, you will PAY a $50 Refundable Damage Deposit,and $150 Non-refundable Pet Cleaning Fee (only if applicable).
